The UCLA Department of European Languages and Transcultural Studies (ELTS) and the UCLA Centre d’Excellence are thrilled to present Christine Angot, an award-winning author renowned for her exploration of power dynamics within family and society. In Los Angeles for the U.S. premiere of her film, Une Famille, presented at the American French Film Festival (TAFFF), Christine will engage in a conversation with Prof. Laure Murat about her work, creative choices, and the interplay of discourse, testimony, and literature in the #MeToo era.
