Minor in European Languages and Transcultural Studies (ELTS)

To enter the minor, students must have an overall grade-point average of 2.0 or better.

Required Lower-Division Courses (8 units): French 3, German 3, Italian 3, Scandinavian 3, or equivalent and One European Literature, Language, Culture or Film and Media course selected from: French 12, 14, 14W, 16, 41, 60,  Italian 42A, 42B, 42C, 46, 50A, 50B, 77, German 50, 50B, 56, 59, 60W, Scandinavian 40,40W, 50, 50W, 60W.

Required Upper-Division Courses (20 units): Three upper-division courses in European, literature, culture, film, or media with courses selected from three of the four following areas:
