Globalgeschichten der deutschen Literatur seeks to reassess the discipline of literary history for the twenty-first century. In collaboration with 16 scholars around the globe, it explores what conceptual revisions, methodological breakthroughs, and pedagogical changes are productive for re-imagining German literary history, which has deeply national roots, at a transnational scale.
