Anna Bonazzi is a Ph.D. student in UCLA’s Department of Germanic Languages. Her research interests include contemporary media and culture primarily in the German speaking areas; memory studies; issues of migration and multilingualism; and digital humanities (text analysis, visualization, corpus linguistics). She speaks English, Italian, German, and French, has a basic knowledge of Spanish, Yiddish and Tamil, and has a reading knowledge of Greek and Latin. Apart from that, Anna loves baking, hiking, knitting, random language facts, and bad puns.
