Craig is a PhD student in the Italian section of the Department of European Languages and Transcultural Studies. After completing his undergraduate degree in Italian, he studied at the Università per Stranieri in Perugia and taught English as Foreign Language in Rome.
He subsequently studied film at Cinecittà in Rome, the Polish National Film School in Lodz, and USC in Los Angeles. Prior to his studies at UCLA, Craig worked as both a filmmaker and educator.
