Megan Tomlinson is a PhD candidate in the Italian section of the Department of European Languages and Transcultural Studies. Her research interests include representations of power, identity, and space in Renaissance works. Her dissertation focuses on Boccaccio’s conceptions of female community, and his reception amongst the community of Italian Renaissance women writers.
