The UCLA Department of European Languages and Transcultural Studies is thrilled to announce that Aguilas won the 42 CineFestival San Antonio 2021 Jury Award for Best Documentary Short Film! Congratulations to Professors Kristy-Guevara Flanagan (Director) and Maite Zubiaurre (Co-Director)!
Aguilas also won three other awards for best documentary short: SXSW, Big Sky, and LALIFF.
